Decoys are Little rubber "eraser" like objects that were given away during Generation 1. They came with most of the Carded figures during years 2-3. Here is a complete list of all the US ones with their numbers (it's stamped somewhere on the figure, usually the foot). I'm not even close to a set or I would scan mine in. When I get closer I'll add pictures.
